Now Hiring: Executive Director at Soulful Seeds
Cara, our current Executive Director, is stepping into a new opportunity. Cara joined Soulful Seeds as an intern and became our first full‑time employee, serving as Program Coordinator before stepping into the role of our first Executive Director. We are deeply grateful for her leadership and the meaningful progress she has helped drive for Soulful Seeds. While we are sad to see her move on, we are deeply grateful andwe wish her continued success in her career. As she transitions out of the role, we are beginning the search for our next Executive Director.
About the Role
The Executive Director is the strategic and operational leader of Soulful Seeds. This person will guide our vision, support our team, deepen community partnerships, and ensure our programs continue to meet the needs of our neighbors with compassion and integrity.
